Shipping policy: 

All the weight is based on weight and size weight (bulk weight) calculated by courier or post. ROKTOOLS will not be liable for delays in delivery or other services caused by acts of God, acts or threats of terrorism, computer or electronic disruptions, failure of suppliers to deliver on time, or other circumstances beyond roktools control

Shipping time: 

Most of order will be shipped within 3-90 business days with the courier, sea, land , train customers chosen.  For special products or OEM products, the delivery time is indicated on the page.  Do not place order when you are in urgent.  And we do not accept any claim or refund on delivery time. Placing order means customers accept delivery time.

Courier or post Delivery time: 

We cannot order or control courier delivery time once we hand the products to courier or post.  Any question, please call them for updated information.

Remote fee charged by courier

Courier will charge extra fee for remote  , you can vist  DHL , FedEx  UPS , TNT  to see if your area is in the remote list.  We cancel the order if you fail to pay such fee.
